This processing is technically necessary to deliver the website, maintain its stability and security, and prevent abuse. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR. The legitimate interest is the secure, reliable and efficient operation of this website.

The service provider is Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend St., San Francisco, CA 94107, USA. Cloudflare processes data in the European Union and the United States. LIS Studio does not maintain its own website access logs. The scope and duration of technically necessary log processing by Cloudflare depend on the enabled services, security requirements and Cloudflare’s contractual terms.

The contact form on this website does not send data to a website server. The information entered is used only in your browser to create a pre-filled mailto: link. The data you provide is processed by email only if you open that link and send the message from your email application.

This may include your name, email address, company, inquiry topic, message content and technical email-header data. Providing a company name is optional.

The data is processed to respond to your inquiry. Where the inquiry concerns a contract or pre-contractual steps, the legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. Otherwise, processing is based on Article 6(1)(f) GDPR; the legitimate interest is proper communication and the handling of business inquiries.

Email inquiries are deleted once they have been handled and there is no legal retention obligation or legitimate reason for continued storage. Longer storage may be necessary if a business relationship is established, statutory record-keeping duties apply, or legal claims must be established, exercised or defended.

In its current configuration, this website does not use cookies and does not use Local Storage or Session Storage for analytics or tracking. There are no user accounts and no server-side profiling.

No analytics, marketing or tracking services are used. Cloudflare Web Analytics is disabled.

The fonts used by this website are served locally. No connection is made to Google Fonts, Adobe Fonts or another external font provider.

The website does not embed videos, maps, social-media widgets, captchas or other content from external platforms. Ordinary external links are requested only when you actively select them.

Recipients of personal data are limited to the service providers identified in this policy where necessary for hosting, secure content delivery or email communication, and to legally authorised bodies where applicable.

Cloudflare processing may take place in the United States. The safeguards stated by Cloudflare are described in the hosting section. LIS Studio does not otherwise actively transfer data to a third country.

Where the legal requirements are met, you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and data portability. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests. Consent may be withdrawn at any time with effect for the future.
